(18:38) SCOTTS VALLEY- A former Scotts Valley mayor and city councilman has been arrested on suspicion of DUI. The incident took place at about 9 p.m. Thursday, when according to witness accounts a truck went off the roadway and hit a stop sign at Bean Creek Road near Cristel Oaks Drive. The driver then left the scene and a patrol located the truck nearby. 52 year old Dene Bustichi was taken into custody after he failed a field sobriety test.
