3 RESCUED AFTER BOAT CAPSIZED 12/05/16B 18:00 S.S.

3  men  were  rescued  after  their  16-foot  fishing  boat  lost  power,  and capsized,  over  the weekend.     The  incident  took  place  off  the  San  Mateo  coast  near  half  moon  bay  on  Saturday.     The  3  East Bay  men  had  been  fishing  for  Rock  Fish.
