(11:15) Watsonville – Closing arguments were made this morning in regards to a deadly shooting the occurred in march of 2006. 40 year-old Oscar Cabrera allegedly shot and killed Jose Cabrera in his car near Larkin Valley Road and Buena Vista Drive (just outside Watsonville). Police reported Oscar Cabrera is the leader of the Nuestra Familia gang and shot Jose Cabrera twice, once in the chest and once in the neck. After almost two months of trial, the prosecution rested its case accusing Oscar Cabrera of first degree murder
