A woman, who was reportedly crawling on Highway 101 over the weekend, was run over by a car. The 6:30 a-m Saturday fatal accident took place in the northbound lanes near the West Laurel Drive exit. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene, and cooperated with investigators.
