A 21 year-old man is being sought in connection with a Sunday night stabbing in Salinas. Finees Ruiz is believed to have stabbed a 19 year-olds multiple times, while the 2 were in the Ross parking lot on North Main Street. Anyone with information on Ruiz’s “whereabouts”, or the stabbing, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
