(07:40) Salinas – A man who was honored by the Salinas City Council for rescuing a boy during an Amber Alert last August is battling cancer. Victor Worden was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in May of 2015. Worden’s daughters set up a GoFundMe page on Wednesday to help pay for medical expenses. 81 people have donated and the family has raised $4,315 dollars bringing them closer to their 5- thousand dollar goal.
