(19:58) MONTEREY- Monterey police have arrested a Watsonville man for attempted murder. On Friday investigators located 22 year old Roberto Escobar Ruiz after his car was spotted in Monterey. Ruiz was taken into custody in connection with a non-injury shooting on the 400 block of Alvarado Street last month. Ruiz was booked into county jail for attempted murder, possession of drug paraphernalia and a dagger.
