(11:00) Salinas – Dozens of homeless were forced to relocate along highway 101 today. Caltrans gave the homeless a 72 hour notice to pack-up and relocate so that they could begin their cleanup, on both Laurel Drive on-ramps in Salinas. Although the new Chinatown Health Services Center has benefited the Salinas community, there are still not enough shelter beds available to accommodate the homeless.
