MORGAN HILL – Jury selection has begun in the murder case of Morgan Hill teenager Sierra Lamar. ANTOLIN GARCIA-TORRES is accused of abducting and killing the teen, and he faces the death penalty. Because of that, prospective jurors are being asked how they feel about Capital Punishment. On a related note: if Proposition 62 is approved by California voters next month, no more Death Sentences will be issued.
