(10:45) SALINAS- A 52 year old woman was the victim of a carjacking in Salinas on Saturday. Shortly before 10 a.m., the victim was stopped in traffic on West Rossi Street when 30 year old Derrieon Nora opened her car door and pulled her out of the vehicle by the hair. Nora then fled the area after colliding with a truck. He was apprehended a short time later on West Market Street, and booked into County Jail for carjacking, parole violation, hit and run, and a felony warrant.
