(22:59) SALINAS – A toddler, who was inside a car in Salinas when it was stolen this evening, has been found safe and sound…..and the car has been recovered. The incident began just before 8 p-m in the parking lot of the Rite Aid on Williams Road. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
