(11:55) California – The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that the European grapevine moth (EGVM) (Lobesia Botrana) have been extinguished from California and that federal quarantine was lifted in the Napa and Sonoma Counties. Congressman Sam Farr spoke out today (Friday) saying that the coordination between growers, researchers, and the federal government are the reasons behind the success of eliminating the European grapevine moth.
