(12:09) APTOS- Santa Cruz County work crews will be starting a re-paving project on Freedom Boulevard on Tuesday. The work will take place on a section of roadway from Highway 1 to Hames Road, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. through Friday, August 19th. Motorists can expect delays of upto 20 minutes.
