The site will allow growers operating in the county’s unincorporated areas to complete a registration application form, applicant-owner certification form, personal background form and a security plan form, and meet other requirements. For those without computer access, a kiosk will be available at the county Governmental Center at 701 Ocean Street. Online registration is available at co.santa-cruz.ca.us/
