In an  effort to come  up with  an  actionable  Community  Plan, the  Tannery  Arts  Center  plans  to  work  with  the  arts  council  of Santa  Cruz  county.    The  plan  would  be  used  to  identify  what  things  might  make  the  tannery  even  more  successful (business-wise).
