(12:04)SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police are investigating a shooting that took place late Friday night. Shortly before 11 p.m. patrol units responded to a reported shooting at San Lorenzo Boulevard and Riverside Avenue. Nearby officers located 27 year old Antonio Xilonzochilt with two bullet wounds to the left leg. The victim was transported to a trauma center and is expected to make a full recovery. The shooting is being investigated as gang related.
