(06:48) SOLEDAD – The Superintendant of the Soledad Unified School District has been put on administrative leave. The district’s board made the unanimous decision to place Rupi Boyd on leave, amid a fraud investigation. According to a report released last month, auditors recovered evidence in the district’s financial records that pointed to a pervasive misuse of credit cards and flawed spending practices. The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office is currently investigating to determine whether or not there are charges to be filed against the district. (S.G.)
