(22:59) MOSS LANDING – The Monterey Bay Area Research Institute has been given a 75-thousand dollar Federal Grant. The money, which comes from the National Science Foundation, is expected to be used to support research that is designed to help us understand the relationship between our warming temperatures and ocean acidification in the arctic environment. M.B.A.R.I. is a non-profit research institution where scientists and engineers work to develop new methods, and instruments, for studying the ocean.
