12:11) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor’s boat launch ramp is now open and fully functional. The ramp had experienced intermittent closures after the launching of the new dredge Twin Lakes, due to unforeseen difficulties with the removal of the old Seabright dredge. The Seabright is now removed from the harbor and is in the process of being disassembled. Parking in the launch ramp area is limited, but shuttle service to and from the overflow lot for trucks and trailers is available.
