(17:38) HOLLISTER – A Hollister father and son have been cited in connection with nearly injuring a baby with fireworks. The baby was being held by its mother in their own garage, when the device shot into their garage from a neighboring home, and exploded next to them. The baby’s hat was singed, and so were the mother’s pants. 48 year-old Jesus Diaz was cited for allowing illegal aerial fireworks on his property, and his 18 year-old son, Ulyses Diaz, faces child endangerment charges, for setting off the aerial explosive device.
