(11:27) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Port District will be closing the harbor’s boat launch ramp and parking lot beginning (Today) Monday. The first trucks carrying sections of the new dredge, Twin Lakes, will start arriving on Tuesday. Motorists may experience periodic closures of Lake Avenue and should use alternate routes if possible. The launch ramp will remain closed during the ten day assembly process.
