(17:28) SANTA CRUZ- The California Highway Patrol has reclassified a fatal motorcycle crash in Santa Cruz. Yesterday (Thurs) a spokesperson for the agency said that 35 year old Cesar Olaiz was killed about 7:15 p.m. on Highway 1 when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a wall. The fatality had been previously investigated as a hit and run.
