(08:52) FELTON – A Memorial Day event is being held in Felton on Saturday. The 28th Annual Felton Remembers Parade will feature marching units, high school bands, and youth groups. The parade will be followed by a festival which will include live music, food vendors, a beer garden, and family-friendly activities. The parade will start on Highway 9 at Henry Cowell State Park at 10 a.m. The festival will be held at Covered Bridge Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Highway 9 will be closed in the center of town during the parade.
