(18:00) CAPITOLA – The live oak mother and son who killed their property manager have been ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars. Diana and Daniel Cohen have been told to pay Gordon Smith’s family more than 703 thousand dollars. The Cohens were convicted of the murder, and they have been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
