(18:30) MONTEREY COUNTY – An agreement has been reached so that Monterey County Emergency Services can use a cell phone tower to help improve emergency communications. The agreement is between the county, and the Marina Coast Water District, and involves the Sprint Telecommunications tower at the district’s office. The upgrade is being mandated by the Federal Communications Commission.
