(19:18) SANTA CRUZ- UCSC Students are voting on the fate of the school’s athletics program. Funding for the university’s athletics programs is insufficient, and will be cut unless the student body votes to keep the athletics program. A win for the yes voters would raise student fees 270 dollars a year. If a no majority is counted, UCSC would be the only university in the state without a sports program.
