(16:45) CAPITOLA- Several Santa Cruz area law enforcement officers waited tables at a Capitola restaurant last night (Thursday). Investigators from the DA’s office along with the CHP and Capitola police participated in the annual Tip-A-Cop event at Chili’s. The fundraiser benefits the Special Olympics of Northern California.
