(07:23) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Salinas woman has been charged with a felony after allegedly committing election fraud. 38-year-old Janet Del Toro is suspected of filing a petition containing fraudulent signatures during a November 2014 recall vote. The petition was filed against Janet Barnes, a former trustee of the Salinas Elementary School District. Del Toro is due back in court on May 13 for a preliminary hearing. She faces up to three years in jail if convicted. (S.G.)
