(07:21) SALINAS – Salinas officials are seeking the community’s input as the city prepares for the 2016-17 budget year. The public is invited to attend two meetings this month to weigh in on budget priorities. The first meeting will be held Thursday, April 7, from 6:30 to 8 at Los Padres Elementary School. The second meeting will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, at Sherwood Hall. Those who are unable to attend can take an online budget survey on the city’s website. (S.G.)
