(08:46) CAPITOLA – Capitola planning officials will be meeting Thursday night to review a proposal to build a skate park. The 6,000 square foot park would be enclosed in Monterey Park on the 700 block of Monterey Avenue. The project’s final environmental impact report has been completed but still needs a conditional permit, design permit, and coastal development permit. The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Capitola Avenue. (S.G.)
