(13:13) SANTA CRUZ- The County of Santa Cruz will begin enforcing the parking ordinance in the Live Oak area. Starting on April 2nd and continuing through Labor Day, September 5th permit parking within the Live Oak beach areas will be enforced. Parking without a permit will result in a $48.00 fine. Residents are allowed two free permits, non- residents who wish to park within the zone area may obtain Day Use permits for $8.00 per day or $35.00 for the season.
