(16:49) SACRAMENTO- Assemblyman Travis Allen and Assemblyman Bill Quirk have introduced a new bill. Assembly Bill 2544 aims to bring more investment opportunities to California, and encourage startup companies. AB 2544 would add a provision to the Revenue and Tax Code that would clearly define Qualified Investment Partnerships in California state law.
