(08:22) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Watsonville man has been found guilty of DUI. 23-year-old Juan Garcia-Nava is said to have had nine alcoholic beverages before driving and crashing his car on Tarpey Road near Maher Road. CHP officers arrived at the scene and had Garcia-Nava submit a breath alcohol test. The breathalyzer showed a BAC level of .08 percent. Garcia-Nava has been sentenced to 40 days in jail and five years probation. (S.G.)
