(16:05) SALINAS – A man with a gun was arrested early this morning in Salinas. The arrest took place on the 500 block of East Alisal Street, after 44 year-old Francisco Sanchez was seen standing near his truck and “manipulating something at waist level” after chasing another man in the parking lot there. Sanchez consented to a search of the vehicle, and it turned up a 45-caliber semi-automatic handgun and a loaded magazine hidden under a pillow on the driver’s seat. Sanchez was booked into Monterey County Jail.
