(15:56) WATSONVILLE – Two 15 year-old boys were arrested in WAtsonville (near the Ramsay Park Recreation Center) over the weekend. They were arrested in connection with a tagging incident on Saturday, and both have previous graffiti-related arrests. This time they face charges of vandalism, resisting arrest, possession of tobacco products (while underaged) and being drunk in public.
