(17:46) SALINAS – A man who was shot on Nogal drive in Salinas last week has been identified. 20 year-old Carlos Esteban Alfaro was reportedly shot as he walked on the 12-hundred block of Nogal Drive around 8:30 p-m January 26th . He was a resident of the area, and had no known history with the Salinas Police Department. Anyone with any information on this case is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
