(08:45) CAPITOLA – Soquel Creek Water District officials have voted to launch a study to evaluate the possibility of a recycled water project. On Tuesday night, the board of directors approved the two-year environmental review, looking into the impacts of building a water recycling plant. The purified water from the plant would be diverted into local aquifers. District officials have issued a request for a consultant to conduct the study. (S.G.)
