(08:03) Salinas – Salinas has set up multiple sandbag distribution sites in light of the current storm conditions. Ten bags are allotted to each resident of Salinas and the distribution site at the 400 block of Work Street features shovels for people to use but it is recommended that you bring your own in case one is unavailable.
