(18:52) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz police arrested a bicycle thief after being alerted by the bike’s owner last week. On January 15th a theft victim notified officers after seeing 34 year old Jared Michael Foster on his 5000 dollar bicycle. Foster attempted to flee but was apprehended nearby. He was booked into county jail for possession of stolen property, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen identification and violation of probation.
