(07:44) SANTA CRUZ – A San Jose man was arrested in Santa Cruz early Wednesday morning on suspicion of vandalism and public intoxication. 26-year-old Erik Dollar allegedly broke three store windows on Walnut Avenue using rocks and bricks. He was found at the scene exhibiting signs of intoxication. Damages were estimated at $5,000. Dollar was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
