(18:18) SALINAS – The name of the 23 year-old man, who was shot and killed in Salinas on Saturday, has been released. Ryan Christopher Contreras was shot as he walked along a sidewalk on the 1-thousand block of Atlantic Street. Anyone with any information about the shooting, or the shooter, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
