(06:50) SALINAS – The organization Salinas Neighbors United is holding a disaster preparedness seminar this week. The meeting will feature a presentation by Salinas Fire Chief Ed Rodriguez who will offer tips and speak about what the city is doing to prepare for disasters. City Councilman Steve McShane will also speak at the seminar. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Cesar Chavez Library. (S.G.)
