(19:59) SALINAS- The Salinas convicted for a fatal DUI incident in 2013 has been sentenced. 25 year old Francisco Javier Miranda hit and killed two women, a 24 year old security guard, and the 57 year old patient she was helping in front of Natividad Medical Center. Miranda was found guilty of second degree murder, vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving with a suspended license. It was his third DUI conviction, Miranda was sentenced to 22 years to life in prison.
