(17:53) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz harbor is retiring its 30 year old dredge this year. A new dredge is being built and will arrive in Santa Cruz in May to replace the aging Seabright. The harbor has decided to hold a dredge naming contest before the new equipment is put into service. Prizes will be awarded for the winning entry.
