(21:52) GREATER SF/MONTEREY BAY AREA – A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 6 P-M Wednesday (tomorrow). It was issued at 2 p.m. this afternoon from the San Francisco Bay Area all the way down to the Lucia Mountain Range and the Big Sur Coast. Yesterday and today’s rainfall has saturated the soil in many areas and locally heavy rainfall could cause urban flooding, debris flow, and small creek and roadway flooding. Rockfalls are also possible, and a High Surf Advisory also remains in effect until 6 p-m Wednesday.
