(17:06) APTOS – Two southern California juveniles have been arrested in connection with a “skimming” incident…..after they allegedly placed a counterfeit card reader over an Aptos A-T-M’s real card slot. The incident was perpetrated at the Aptos branch of Bay Federal Credit Union on Saturday. One teen is likely to face a charge of identity theft, while the other faces a charge of conspiracy to commit a felony. the teens were booked into Santa Cruz County Juvenile Hall.
