(17:05) WATSONVILLE – A Watsonville man was arrested early this morning on suspicion of domestic abuse. When spotted and arrested, 36 year-old Leo Contreras Rivera was in possession of methamphetamine and a loaded gun (and ammunition). Rivera was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
