(06:37) FELTON – A man was arrested in Felton Tuesday night on suspicion of theft. Deputies were dispatched to Rite Aid after receiving a report of a disturbance. At the scene, deputies contacted convicted felon 23-year-old Shane Burns. He was found in possession of a number of items stolen from Rite Aid. Burns was also caught in possession of pepper spray, which is a violation of his probation. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
