(17:27) CARMEL – Several underage puppies have been rescued after being sold at Crossroads Carmel. The puppies are 5-week-old pit bull mixes, and it is illegal to sell puppies less than 8 weeks old in California. The S.P.C.A Of Monterey County is now trying to find the seller of the puppies. He has been described as a man in his late 20’s with dark brown hair….and witnesses said he has often been seen at Crossroads Carmel.
