(16:59) SALINAS – A man found dead inside a vehicle in Salinas Christmas Day has been identified as 49 year-old Efren Castro. The car was parked on the 11-hundred block of Kimmel Street. Castro is believed to have been killed somewhere else, and then transported to that location. Anyone with any information on the 40th homicide in Salinas this year, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
